MD Holly Oldham tells TNP.MEDIA about the sweeping changes coming to the party and dress-up giant during an “exciting time” in the business’ history

Rubie’s Masquerade is entering a new phase under recently appointed MD Holly Oldham to better achieve its goal of making amazing product for the best value.

Holly spent nine years at Rubies before joining Hasbro to head up its UK licensing division in 2015. She returned to Rubie’s in September 2018 as its new MD, and after bedding in is looking to bring sweeping changes to the party and dress-up giant as it forges ahead.


“Four months in and I’m reviewing every facet of what we do,” she tells TNP.MEDIA. “These are very exciting times.”

A new focus on harnessing Rubie’s global resources will see the company pool leading talent from across the group’s design and product development teams on both sides of the Atlantic, and beyond.


This, Holly says, will ensure Rubie’s continue as a leader in its field, combining its marketing, product, licensing and sourcing expertise to drive company growth and forge deeper ties with its retail partners.

The changes will see Rubie’s continue to deliver the highest quality product, with the biggest brands and competitive prices.

“Rubie’s is a fantastic business and I’m committed to getting the best out of everyone so that we put the best of us into making amazing products,” Holly adds.
