While all Moose Toys staff are now working from home, the company’s co-founder Paul Solomon says the focus remains on supporting retailers through this difficult period, and readying the firm’s autumn 2020 lines for a big return ahead of an even more vital Christmas.

In a statement shared with TNP.MEDIA, Paul says:

“From all of us at Moose Toys, we hope that you and your families are safe and managing the best you can during this difficult time.

“As of last week, we moved all global offices to a ‘working from home’ model. Our team’s wellbeing is our top priority. Our people and culture team and all levels of management are working hard to ensure teams are fully supported to work from home and focused on delivering the ‘wow’ at all touchpoints, including the delivery of our Fall 2020 line.

“This support also extends to our retail and distribution partners too. Our sales team are in constant contact with these partners, seeking to understand how we can support them given they are at the forefront of this situation.

“Our mission to make children super happy, even during these unprecedented times, is unwavering. We are keeping kids at the heart of everything we do, you will see this in across our social platforms, where we are bringing the Moose family to our global families. And through the Moose Happy Kids Foundation we are working behind the scenes with partners to see how we can help those communities impacted most by this.

“We are continuing to monitor this situation daily, ensuring we are making educated decisions guided by the governing bodies, so we can best protect our teams, partners and customers.”
