Generation Media has been awarded Gold Accreditation from the internationally recognised Investors in People.
The Investors in People Standard explores a company’s practices and outcomes under three key performance areas – Leading, Supporting and Improving. Achieving The Standard is a sign of excellence, a great employer and an outstanding place to work.
In the executive summary of the report, the assessor said: “Generation Media has performed extremely well in this, the company’s second Investors in People Assessment... [they] achieved the highest level of performance for four out of nine indicators. The remainder are at the level Advanced.
“This is an excellent assessment result and reflects the agency’s commitment to continuously improve its people strategy and create an environment where people can flourish.”

The recognition comes as Generation Media works on its application to become an IPA CPD Gold accredited agency for the seventh consecutive year (fourth year Platinum).
